My friend told me that I must type the following in the TERMINAL:
sudo apt-get install compizconfig-settings-manager
And this is the result I get:

compizconfig-settings-manager is located in the universe repository.

Open up System->Administration->Software Sources and make sure "Community-maintained Open Source software (universe)" is selected.

Also, compizconfig-settings manager is only available in Ubuntu 7.10 (Gutsy) so if you are running an older version of Ubuntu it will not be available.
