Run .exe files in Terminal with Wind

Now that I successfuly compiled Wind into UBUNTU I cannot run them in the Terminal with the command Wind filename.
I loaded the file under Desktop so that the path in Terminal would not have to look anywhere. However when I use the proper command I get a bash that the file cannot be found under Windows/system32/filename.
How I stop the Wind from looking there for the .exe file?

you can configure wine with command winecfg

you can run the .exe application with command wine /path/to/exe/application

it works for me :)
