gnome 3 or gnome shell

I've never done it, but instructions are here:

I've heard that it's easier to install than it is to remove, as in some people have got a broken system trying to remove Gnome3 from Natty, but there are instructions for the removal there as well. ;-)

it easy to install and remove but it is possible with my laptop ubuntu desktop 32bit 11.04 version cause I’ve heard lots of comments about Gnome3 using 11.04 ubuntu.......

The easiest way to do this is to upgrade Ubuntu to 11.10.

If you want to keep 11.04, you should add the repository "ppa:gnome3-team/gnome3" and update using the Update Manager. Warning: software in that repository is considered unstable and unsupported!
