Disable suspend by default

Suspend and hibernate have been broken for years now, and since Ubuntu does not want to include Tux on Ice (where hibernation just works), I think it is a very bad idea to e.g. have the 'close lid' action set to Suspend.

It works on Ubuntu 11.10 too with the Ubuntu 10.04 method

Enrico: Yes, I'm aware of that. But my suggestion is to disable it *by default* in an out-of-the-box Ubuntu install.

Oh sorry, I haven't read well. But this haven't sense. The suspend work for me and for many other users. Why remove it?
