trouble with GNOME power manager
Asked by
John Bradsher
Each time I try to log in to my system, I get the same warning: The configuration defaults for the GNOME power manager did not load correctly. I cannot get beyond this screen, and so I know of no way to get into the configs to make any modifications. It would appear that I'll have to proceed with a system installation disk, though I suspect that any config changes made in a session booted from the installation disk will not be persisted the next time I try to boot from the hard drive. Can anyone help me?
