Mistakenly deleted panel and can thus not access applications. How do I reinstate it
My version of Ubuntu is 10.10. The shut down symbol doubled on the panel and I wanted to delete one of them. Instead I deleted the entire panel and since then all applications have remained inaccessible. How do I reinstate the panel at the top of the desktop?
