how to share my pc with other windows-pc

What do you want to share?

So rightclick on a folder -> sharing-options.

This should do the job.

There is a little bug. On the first time you should be asked for the install of some new samba packages. That's ok to do so. But after this you have to do a logout/login or better reboot and then try to share the folder again. (When doing this without the relog you will get a permission problem. :-/ )
