i have a linux operating system and i wanna know how to burn my disk in mp3 format

i have a linux operating system ; i pop in my cd disk loaded with 75 songs on it and there is no option to save in mp3 format , or burn and copy the disk in mp3 format . some one please help me . . . . .Rick

Install k3b . Very good application to burn your files into a CD .

Open a terminal (CTRL+ALT+T) and execute

$ sudo apt-get install k3b

Then search - find - open the application and you will figure it out.. is not difficult.
