What is unlock key ring in 10.04

Get the message "Enter password to unlock your login keyring" after entering password in Evolution. How to shut off, I can hit cancel, thanks

The easiest way is to set no password, then you will never be bothered for this. As you have set a password you now need to do more legwork.
