Disk Utility shows bad sectors in HDD. But GSmartControl, Hiren's Boot CD and a disk check through terminal shows no errors in HDD.

Disk Utility shows bad sectors in HDD. But GSmartControl, Hiren's Boot CD and a disk check through terminal show no errors in HDD. Please help. I want to know if it's a bug.

Why are you using sudo if you are already root?

If the application is showing incorrect details I suggest you report a bug.
