I get "Sorry, Ubuntu has experienced an internal problem" when I boot up. What do I do?

I use Ubuntu 12.10 desktop version. I get the following error when I boot up: "Sorry, Ubuntu has experienced an internal problem". The message encourages me to report this error. Not sure what else to do at this point. I usually just close the message and continue. Thanks.

I suggest you hit the report issue button. Quantal isn't stable and not for the lay user.
