I suggest you check the feature list, if not then you could log a bug to get the feature included

Well, it's obviously not in the feature list.
I was thinking about doing it myself, just didn't want to step on someones toes.

@konsti:
Did you start programming a pgp plugin?
I really want to use geary, but only with pgp :-)

I just started to implement PGP a week ago. It's coming! ;-)

Any news on this? I'm so much looking forward to GPG support in Geary.

Hello guys. I've just had an email contact with Emersion (comment above).
The code from Emersion is here --> https://github.com/emersion/geary/tree/pgp
Due to lack of reactivity from Yorba and no bounty validation from their part, Emersion has decided to give up on this subject.
However, since Yorba Foundation is now dead, elementary OS decided to fork Geary and it seems like Emersion is eager to join and continue to contribute to the project. He is still waiting for Gnome's intentions (continue or give up Geary) before getting decided which project to contribute to.

Wait and see.

And elementary OS's fork is available here: https://code.launchpad.net/pantheon-mail

Now that it looks like geary is going to be maintained, what is potential future of this?

@sir-beafy As you can see on Emersion's Github, he is still publishing patches to his own branch of Geary forked from the GNOME one. So it appears he isn't working on Pantheon Mail, the Geary branch from the elementary OS team.

Sorry my bad. His patches appear to date back from 2015. Indeed no news from him so.

But I think his old comment still applies (see comment #6 above).

Can you help with this problem?
