Cant figure out why my computer wont download Adobe flashplayer?

Can you give the output of:

lsb_release -a; uname -a; dpkg -l | egrep 'flash|gnash|swf|spark'

I'm guessing this is the regular adobe flash plugin for firefox.

If you don't have it installed open a terminal and do: 'sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree'
If you do have it installed but frequenting problems try: 'sudo apt-get install --reinstall flashplugin-nonfree'
