JustIn.tv uses Flash, so let's take a look at how that is set up on your machine.
Please open a Terminal window (Ctrl+Alt+T) and run this command, by copying it from here and pasting it into the Terminal, then pressing enter:
lsb_release -a; dpkg -l | egrep 'flash|
After running that command, please select all the text in the Terminal (Edit > Select All), copy it to the clipboard (Edit > Copy), and paste it here.

sudo apt-get --purge remove adobe-flash-
You have too many flash plugins installed as well as some residual configs for gnash which will cause issues. The command above will remove ALL flash plugins, then install just ONE and you will have no issues

Please provide the output of this command (even if it is very similar to what you saw before). This is to determine precisely what changes, if any, where successfully made by the commands you have already issued (most particularly the last one).
dpkg -l | egrep 'flash|
Please also log in to your Ubuntu system as a different user, to see if the problem is user-specific. I am not proposing that as a solution to your problem--this is just a diagnostic step. If you only have one user account, you can create a second one for testing purposes.
Please also see if this happens in a different web browser. Again, I am not proposing that you switch web browsers--this is also a diagnostic step, in this case to see if the problem is browser-specific. If you are using Firefox, you could try the Chromium browser, which you can get by installing the package called chromium-browser in the Software Center.
Once you have provided these three additional pieces of information, it should be possible to efficiently work toward a solution.

Export your bookmark and take note of all your password...
Then try to move your actual browser settings and retry ... for firefox open a terminal and type:
mv .firefox .firefox_old
and retry

ok but before I do this I would like to know, is this a complete restart of the web browser only? will I keep my music and other files? or do I have to move and save them too. like putting them in my email.

Your browser settings may be stopping the site, renaming the .mozilla folder will give the browser vanilla settings, it is easy to roll back as you are only renaming the folder, not deleting

ok so where do I find this or how do I find it, is it in the system preference or administration, or somewhere else. and when I do find it, what is a good name to rename it?

Open a Terminal window, paste this command into the Terminal, quit all browser windows, then press enter in the Terminal window to run this command, which renames your local user account's .mozilla folder (which is located in your home directory) to .mozilla.old:
mv ~/.mozilla ~/.mozilla.old
The reason you do not see this folder is that by default in most file browsers (including Nautilus, the graphical file browser in Ubuntu), files starting with . are not shown. To show these files, you could press Ctrl+H or go to View > Show Hidden Files.
If running the above command does not fix your problem, then please select all the text in the Terminal (Edit > Select All), copy it to the clipboard (Edit > Copy), and paste it here so we can see it.
Your question about the individual video streams in an embedded web video seems to be unrelated to this question-

Please confirm that the website *does* work when accessed as a different user.
If that is the case, then paste this command into the Terminal, then quit all web browsers, then go back to the Terminal and press enter to run it:
cd; rm -r .adobe .macromedia .mozilla
This deletes your user-specific Flash and Firefox files (and files for other Mozilla applications). If you have user-specific data in any Mozilla applications (e.g. new emails in Thunderbird) since you ran the command in post #23 (as numbered at https:/
If that command produces any output, then please post the output here.
That may well solve your problem. Go back into Firefox and see. If not, then run this command:
mv ~/.config/chromium ~/.config/
Then open Chromium and see if it works in Chromium.
If there is any browser in which it is not working, or it does not really work when accessed by a different user, then please post a reply so we can continue working on the problem. If it works in both browsers (and any other browsers you care to try), then you can mark this question as Solved.
Can you help with this problem?
Provide an answer of your own, or ask Bob for more information if necessary.
