This is 99.99% some malware site trying to convice you into installing their malware,spyware,virus or something similar. There is no need to worry, this only affect windows users.

I'm not sure I was clear enough. This is not a bug. You didn't catch any virus, and if you in future stumble upon similar sites with warnings about viruses, just close the page.
