How? New to ubuntu! Use Xandros for Buisness PC's,
Linspire for Home PC and PuppyOS for Laptop
Have work with Red Hat, Suse, Mandrake (Mandrive),
etc..

So you probably know how to work with the terminal ;)

sudo apt-get install libstdc++5

Alternatively you can install it via synaptic (system -> administration
-> synaptic)

(for completeness' sake: there is an open bug in out bugtracker
requesting the inclusion of this package in the standard install,
because so many third-party applications need it)

Did Not see MPlayer as an install option Both
Realplayer and MPlayer are needed to "LIVE STREAM" The
Only way to get Hard News, World News, Real News,
etc.. In the USA.

mplayer is in the multiverse section, you can find it via applications
-> add applications in the menu. You won't need realplayer, mplayer can
handle realmedia too.

You will need the so-called w32codecs, for more info, please look at
http://wiki.ubuntu.com/RestrictedFormats
