installing ubuntu 12.04 on windows7

My PC is installed with windows7. I am trying to install Ubuntu 12.04 . I will brief what i did here. I creatd USB creator and copied .iso file into USB.
Then i tried to boot then boot error was propping up.

You don't just copy the iso file to the USB you need to use it to create a bootable USB
