Both sides of web page not visible

When viewing a web page i must manually move page from side to side in order to access scroll bar or back button. I am running
Ubuntu 1204 as a second OS along side windows I have not had any other problems until. How do I adjust my window so I can view both left and right sides of page? If back button is visible then scroll bar on right is not visible and vice versa. Can anyone help?

it would be very helpful if you could specify which browser do you using? And secondly try to update your system/browser.
