lost inquiry box on (Untitled) new page

I also get a big white blank page which never used to come with the (Untitled) web link.

In addition I click on the green plus sign for another inquiry on the net and all that comes up is the blue world icon in a tiny white back ground with the words (Untitled) beside it with no place to type in an inquiry on the net and a big white blank page.

Hello Ubuntu help!  Thank the all that is that I saved your help tip from the last time this happened to me. "Click on View, then Toolbars, then click on navigation Tool bar!  It worked.  Thanks again.
