Firefox Starting with Work Offline Ticked

Every time I start Firefox, it is starting with the file menu item "Work Offline" ticked. Only after unticking, firefox can run normally. Please give me ideas to get rid of this.

In about:config

find:

toolkit.networkmanager.disble

and set it to TRUE

All I did was websearch dude, I don't even use firefox....
