when moving the mouse if the arrow lands on enything it opens it whithout clicking on it

while dragging the mouse in search of anything if the arrow lands on anything it automatically opens without clicking on it.

Sounds like Dwell Click to me. If so:
Open the Mouse Preferences (System > Preferences > Mouse) then change to the Accessibility tab.
Make sure there isn't a tick next to "Initiate click when stopping pointer movement"
