Not able to install graphic driver for AMD phenom 2

I installed ubunto 9.1 on my AMD phenom 2 system.Since i m new to linux can someone tell me how to install the graphic driver.
I have one 64bit_dd_ahci.img.bz2 file which seems to be the driver but dont know how to install it.can some one help.??

I was able to install was making some errors in configuration
