Integration of Evolution in Firefox mailto: links.

Asked by Shahar Or

Clicking on mailto: links doesn't seem to do anything.

I would expect it to open the evolution mail composer with the details in the link.

Perhaps my configurations are wrong and are not the defaults. What, then is the default configuration that does this?

Thanks

To test this is working correctly go to:

http://www.w3schools.com/html/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_mailto

In the 'Your result' right pain try the 'Send Mail' link. If all is well it should open a new mail to '<email address hidden>' and the subject line should read 'Hello again'.

This will show us if it is working or not.

If no can you supply which version of Ubuntu you are using.

It works now. Great!

I think it works now because I've changed the application for mailto to something else and then returned it to the evolution (default).

Thanks!
