A problem accessing itunes with firefox

I am trying to redeem a card at itunes and when I try to I get a message that firefox can't open because the protocal isn't associated with any program.

This is because iTunes is not installed. As you may know, Apple does not currently support Ubuntu. It releases iTunes for Apple and Microsoft Windows operating systems only.

You may however (although it is a slightly complicated process) be able to get iTunes running with "WINE".

WINE has a silver rating for iTunes 8.0.2. You should therefore expect hiccups here and there.
