Shockwave flash animation always on top

I have a problem with my flash plugin (only in Firefox 3.x, versions 2.x worked fine). Flash is always on the top layer of the web site. for example on website www.sk.o2.com, the flash animation is covering the (javascript) menus and I don't have access to them unless I disable this flash plugin. Please help...

Unfortunately there is at the moment no other way to solve the problem, than to deactivate flash. It is already known as a BUG in flash and as such registered in launchpad.

Sorry that there is at the moment no other help.
