transfering an ISO file to hard drive in usable form

I downloaded GParted as an image file (ISO) , burned the ISO to a CD, But I don't know how to make it boot as a usable app.

Reboot your PC with the CD in the drive. Set your BIOS to boot CD first. Reboot and the CD will boot and GPartEd will load.

As assume you burned the CD using the burn ISO and did not extract the ISO or just burn the ISO to the CD as the only file on the CD
