zipinfo: cannot find zipfile directory in one of /home/icebear/Downloads/pkrinstall.exe or
          /home/icebear/Downloads/pkrinstall.exe.zip, and cannot find /home/icebear/Downloads/pkrinstall.exe.ZIP, period.

Of course, you can not install .EXEs on Ubuntu. A simple Google search would have returned that, though.

Ubuntu Linux, like every Linux distribution is not able to run Windows programs nativly. There is a windows emulator "wine" which can run some of the programs for Windows but not all. See http://www.wikihow.com/Install-Windows-Programs-in-Ubuntu on how to install and use it if you want to try.

Try installing playonlinux and also check the wine appdb for compatibility
