File roller has no 7zip support

This could be a bug or it could be that it's just like that. It seems that I cannot open a 7zip file 'Archive not supported', but it does open file roller so this might be a bug.

If I look at:
http://fileroller.sourceforge.net/features.html

It clearly says support for .7z, granted that url looks to be from a site that dates back to 2005 so proof it really isn't.

a fek I installed the p7zip thing just afterwards, nevermind

I resolved this issue installing p7zip-full instead.

IMO file-roller should install it as dependence or at least inform that you have to install it (in the same window dialog)

Pablo Castellano solved the issue for himself by installing p7zip-full.

But this made me run into the same problem 2009 again.

Feel free to correct me, if i'm wrong.
