Hay good morning
I cant play recorded video from national geographic TV i can play films other than this program application\octet-stream , after instillation of Ubuntu & also can not read PSD fils

Have you tried installing VLC Player? Although its interface is not that good-looking and controls are sort of unuser-friendly, it supports almost every media extension I know.
