I wanted download VNI key and Winzip ,which i bought from online.But they noted those are not bought from Linus system ,so blocked it

You don't need winzip. Ubuntu uses fileroller which can open anything and is free.

For VNI Key, if you meant the VNI input driver for Vietnamese, it only works in Windows maybe. In Ubuntu, since 9.10 you can use Ibus to type in Vietnamese, it supports several ways to input Vietnamese, included VNI, Telex and Scim-Unikey. You just need to install the Vietnamese language on your computer and it will install all the necessaty stuff for you to input Vietnamese in the VNI way.

If you were talking about the VNI fonts, then there should be no problems to add them as they're truetype fonts.
