ctrl caps swap in Kubuntu Lucid

After upgrading to Lucid, I am not able to swap my ctrl caps lock in Kubuntu. I'm trying to figure out if something has changed, or is this a bug. Under the Regional Settings, Keyboard Settings on the Advanced tab the the '-Ctrl key position' section has Swap Ctrl and Caps lock checked, but it doesn't seem to be working anymore. Worked in Karmic though. Is this a bug?
