fglrx-updates and steam

When the drivers fglrx (2:13.350.1-0ubuntu2) are installed, there are problems with the installation steam.

*Installation takes a very long time. interrupted after between windows are long time.
*after installing the steam does not start
*after a system restart steam does not start
*steam does not start

when I use open source drivers are all ok

This is a bug fglrx or steam?
