Unable to use the send/receive button on mail page.

Binary package hint: evolution

The send/receive button is shaded and not functioning. Sent mail winds up in the Outbox and stays there.

Please try this possible solution: Open Evolution. Click on "File" (in the top menu) and then click on "Work Online".
