Hi,

What company is your email provider? They may be able to tell you why you are over your quota. What email program are you using? You may need to delete old emails if your email provider says that there is nothing wrong with your quota and they won't raise it.

That message comes from your Internet Service Provider Bigpond. You have probably configured your email programme on your computer to leave messages on the server. It is the mailbox at the Server that is full.

The first thing to do is access your mailbox on Bigpond and delete its contents.
The second thing to do is to open Evolution (if that is your email programme) click on Edit, Preferences, your account name, Edit, Receiving Options and take the tick out of the box next to "Leave messages on Server" as well as reducing the figure in the box next to "Delete after ? days".

Can you help with this problem?
