Can't import address book from Microsoft Outlook

Hi,
I am new to Ubuntu and just installed it on my computer. I had tried to import my address book (work address book) from my Outlook but could'nt manage.
Anyone who can help.

In Outlook you should be able to Export you Address Book from the File menu. Make sure you export it as a Text File (Comma Separated Values). If you choose the default Microsoft Exchange Personal Address Book for the format, you will have problems importing it.
