I sent a mail wrongfully to a person and need to re-call it urgently!!!! How do I do this from Evolution????

This is not possible. Once a email is sent, it is sent, you can't recall a email.

This is they type of option one might find in a closed loop ISP such as AOL. When using email services outside of AOL, Christoph's comment applies.
