e-mail account

cannot set up e-mail account. I need to install freepops first I installed it but when i follow the instruction after that i have to fill in " command" in the system/sessions box.
What do I fill in here?

Do mail.chello.nl offer POP or IMAP access? If so, why use freepop? Why don't you configure Evolution/Thunderbird/etc. with the POP/IMAP parameters provided by mail.chello.nl.
