Evolution Email received - Printing Out

I am using Evolution 3.6.2 for Email with Ubuntu 12.10 with all the latest updates
and
HP Laser Jet 1020 as the Printer.

When Emails received are printed only the Address Fields get printed and the body of the email does not appear in the print out.

When the reply is printed the Address Fields and my reply gets printed and the body text of the original email that was received is not being printed.

Any way around this ?

Are there any bugs reported?
If you print to PDF, is all the data printed?

1. Once in a while a bug was reported with regard to the HP Printer and sometimes Evolution refuses to quit and I have to click on the "Force Quit" button. According to the Ubuntu Software Centre program I have HPLIP 3.12.6-3ubuntu4 installed. Do I need to install/re-install the latest version of HPLIP?.
2. PDF print also gives the same result (only a part is printed).

This problem no longer exists after upgrading to Ubuntu 13.04.
I am now able to get the full print out.
