exchange server sent e-mail folder?

Asked by fr4gm0nk3y

When I send an e-mail using my phone or other computers that are all tied to an exchange server they show up in the "sent" folder on exchange. When I send an e-mail on the exchange server using evolution on my laptop they show up in the "sent" folder "on this computer" and aren't seen in the sent folder on my exchange account. How do I change this? I'm assuming it's a preference somewhere but I don't see anything for it =/

(sorry if this has been answered already, I looked all over the questions people have already asked and didn't see anything like this)

In evolution, go into "Edit" -> "Preferences". A configuration window will pop up.
In the first page of this window, choose your Exchange server account from the list of accounts on the right side.
Click on the "Edit" button to modify your account preferences.
In the "Default values" tab, you can select the sent e-mail folder you want.

NOTE: I run my system with the french language pack so your menu and label names might not be exactly the same as my translation.

Sébastien Corriveau solution worked brilliantly for me using IMAP. (Also to let Google get the IMAP keyword)

Can you help with this problem?
