How do I get the Evolution Setup Assistant back

When I launched Evolution a Set Up Assistant guided me through the set up and on completion advised that Evolution had been set up correctly. However when I try to send E Mails I get error messages which are not on the screen long enough to read properly but are followed by " Evolution Error - Error while fetching Mail - Host Lookup failed : PPP - Temporary failure in name resolution.
I would like to have another go at setting up Evolution but can't get the set up assistant back again.
