unable to send mail in Evolution

   I get the following error message, when attempting to send emails in evolution.

configuration: to @windstream.net.net:25
set to unencrypted

MAIL FROM command failed: Requested action not taken: mailbox name not allowed

your help appreciated.

I'm a newby, but had a similar problem with mine. I couldn't send/recieve. I contacted my I.S.P. tech supt. and they walked me through the system and found I wasn't set up properly.
