howto download and install uec images as offline

i have a uec-server (eucalyptus) that is not connected to internet all the time.

I need to download uec images from another internet connection and port those images to uec-server manually.

where can I download images ?
how can I install them onto uec server, (ubuntu cloud controller)?

You can download images from http://uec-images.ubuntu.com/, for example. Next you need to make them available in the cloud with help of euca-bundle-image, euca-upload-bundle and euca-register. Please see https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UEC/BundlingImages for more details.
