convert man pages to mdoc format

Is the euca2ools project interested in converting its man pages to mdoc format? I found TOOLS-677 during a search (https://eucalyptus.atlassian.net/projects/TOOLS/issues/TOOLS-677?filter=allopenissues).

I had a similar requirement, and wrote an awk script to facilitate converting from -man to -mdoc macros. It's not perfect (it's can't be) but it gets a lot of the grunt work done.

Contact me if interested. I was unable to find any way to contact the development team directly.
