when will i be able to use plugins like stumble upon & noScript? how can i develop plugins for this browser?

Epiphany can use extensions written in C and Python. See http://www.gnome.org/projects/epiphany/documentation/extensions/

StumbleUpon and noScript don't exist for Epiphany however.
