Asked by

I am working in image processing.I would like to view an image by writing command in the terminal. In general a .pgm file can be viewed by typing 'xv filename' in the terminal.I have done it in the lab.But I cant do it at my pc.The Bash command is missing here.I tried to download xnview software, but the problem remains.
What should I do to view a .pgm image in the terminal by typing suitable command?
