How to open the debug window?

How can i open the debug window?

there is no "Help -> Debug"

https://live.gnome.org/Empathy/Debugging

When i click "Empathy -> Help" only the help window opens...

Have you tried doing it the old way as defined on the site you posted the link to?

yes, but this didn't work as expectet. the log-file of gabble is empty, it seems like its not used.
