Unable to setup Sametime account in Empathy

You are using Ubuntu 11.04 - the Natty Narwhal - released in April 2011 and supported until October 2012.
That's that for what I'm running. Opening Empathy and trying to set up Sametime acct info just doesn't get beyond choosing ST from the list. Forward button remains gray. FB setup must be legit as it looks like I could set that up. Any ideas? And thanks very much.
