I cannot see the person in his webcam, nor the person me

Hello, I finally make work Ekiga and now me and my friend can talk to each other. Both we have webcams working (we both see our picture in local computer). When we talk, we do not see each other. The icon for webcam is dim (doesnot work during calling).
My friend is using Ekiga for windows, I use Ekiga for ubuntu, feisty fawn.

Feisty fawn's ekiga is buggy.

Sorry Stephen, same problem here with Gutsy Gibbon. I can't switch between video modes. Any Ideas? Thanks in advance
