Remote user cleared the call

When I try to call a landline or mobile number I get a message saying: Remote user cleared the call. It happens just after dialing a number.
I would be very grateful for help.

3) Which SIP provider do you use?

Hi Markus,

Here I gp with awsers:
1. I am using Ubuntu 6.06
2. Ekiga 2.0.1
3. The sip is diamondcard.us

If you need any more info just give me a shout!
