installing esclipse on my computer

I have downloaded the javascript (IDE) esclipse from esclipse.org. I even opened and extracted files. but it is notinstalled on my computer can i use the manager to install? I need to have the esclipse.

You should to install eclipse using Software Center. But i'm not sure that there is version you need (i mean javascript version).
